Responsibilities: * Show applied knowledge of cybersecurity policy and procedures
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences to explain complex situations to all levels of leadership, including SES/General Officers
• Capable of writing and reviewing policies and procedures for the Network and Enclave Environment that align to DoD directives.
• Must be able to lead the assessment of artifacts and guide the authorization of his or her systems to authorization ether independently or as a team.
• Apply knowledge of cybersecurity policy, procedures, and workforce structure to develop, implement, and maintain a secure system.
• Expected to organize and participate in meetings as it relates to the job function Qualifications: * 10+ years of Information Assurance Management with 5 years of IAM experience in the DoD Environment
• Minimum of Secret Clearance
• Knowledge of Information System Security Manager (ISSM) Roles and Responsibilities and the DoD assessment and authorization process
• Must have 1 of the following certifications:
• CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, CCISO Desired Skills: * Cyber security multi-disciplinarians (Experience in IT, Cyber, Software). RMF knowledge is helpful, but position is not isolated to RMF.
• Excellent writing skills for developing policy, conveying ideas in email, and preparing briefings
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences to explain complex situations to all levels of leadership, including SES/General Officers
• Working knowledge of ACAS and HBSS
