Are you an experienced executive assistant? Do you love organization? Are you excited to join a fast growing, growth oriented mental healthcare practice?
The right candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication. The executive assistant must be very technology proficient and familiar working with and learning many different softwares: including Google Workplace, Monday.com, TalentLMS, Canva, etc.
The ideal candidate comes with years of experience as an executive assistant to CEOs. Excellent... cross-functional experience working with customer service and creating workflows and efficiencies.
Responsibilities include:
• Special projects and random tasks needed from CEO
• Scheduled appointments and manage calendar of CEO
• Check and manage CEO's emails
• Act as a gatekeeper to ensure CEO's tasks are high-leveled
• Organize and structure CEO's to-do list
• Organize project and workflows on Monday.com, for streamlined implementation
• Create slideshows and training materials for clinical department
• Create and manage learning management system
• Organize practice processes for SOP's
• Order office supplies
• Manage employee birthdays, special dates, bonuses, etc.
Requirements:
• 2-3+ years of experience as an executive assistant
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred
• Must be very resourceful
• Strong verbal and written communications skills (in English)
• Highly technology proficient
• Excellent organization and project management skills required
• Thrive on being busy and enjoy working in a busy and face paced environment
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

This is an hourly full-time position, with 8 paid holidays a year. This is a remote, work from home position, that requires that you work Pacific Standard Time. All employees also receive a monthly self-care initiative and annual anniversary recognition stipend.
