What you can expect:

As a consultant, you will work with our clients to deliver business intelligence and data analytics solutions. You will analyze their clients’ current data, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for implementing descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. You will challenge the status quo by encouraging innovative thinking and analyzing different perspectives.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality work and supporting clients with all types of data-related questions and projects. You will be the go-to person for any data analytics and visualization tasks for your project team and direct client inquiries.

As a member of their Business Performance Improvement (BPI) team, you will contribute directly to the growth and positioning of our data-related offerings in the Swiss market. Your primary focus will be on working with financial institutions in Switzerland, but other industries and global projects are also part of our portfolio. You will contribute to the firm’s success by building strong relationships and growing your network with colleagues and clients globally.

What will help you be successful:

If you enjoy translating business requirements into technical solutions and are eager to find answers to complex business problems, improve processes, and enhance automation, this position is for you. You should have experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining ETL processes by building data pipelines for loading data from and into different systems, as well as designing and implementing solid data models that support business intelligence (BI) solutions.

You should also have experience creating analyses and visualizations that improve business decisions and provide data-based insights. You should be able to work collaboratively in a team environment, and have experience with agile ways of working (e.g., Scrum, SAFe), and/or design thinking methodology.
