Our continued growth means that we are now on the hunt for a Technology professional with Level 2 experience.

What we are looking for:
We're looking for a passionate Technology professional with Level 2 technical experience that has the skills and capabilities to contribute towards our client services team, can provide our managed service clients with a solid escalation point and is keen to grow into doing entry level project work.

More about the role:
This role would require the successful applicant to troubleshoot... client issues remotely/onsite and would be well suited to someone who has been working in the IT industry for a couple of years, who wants to get access to a broad range of day to day work and has a robust understanding of the IT industry. Our team is driven by delivering high standards of work and has an appetite to continually be better – we want individuals that enjoy being part of a team environment and want to play their part in growing something as part of a team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our Managed I.T clients are appropriately serviced and provide support to our junior technical team as needed.

Overview:
-Provide support to clients via our helpdesk.
-Be involved with hardware run ups.
-Provide support as needed on Projects
-Administer licenses for our managed clients across the various platforms that we use.
-Administer our MSP Protocols on a daily basis.
-Learn and use our client management platform.

Responsibilities & Tasks:
-Work on and resolve helpdesk tickets.
-Provide support to junior support staff as required.
-Provide our clients with advanced remote troubleshooting.

Skills and Attributes:
-A strong client focus, with excellent customer service skills.
-Strong knowledge of computers, computer systems, software, and network technology.
-Analytical problems solving skills.
-Organisation and time management skills.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to maintain schedules.
-Be able to explain to clients what is happening in simple language.
-Knowledge of Microsoft windows server and desktop operating systems.
-Experience with the Microsoft 365 platform.
