About the Company

Specialist - ExiCon International Group is a full-service events management company that offers a comprehensive range of event management services for meetings, workshops, conferences, forums, exhibitions, congresses, and virtual events. We're looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media for all events.

Objectives of this role

·Obtain input from the art director to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and client’s expectations, and express ideas accurately.

·Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet the event goals

Responsibilities

· Develop innovative and creative concepts

· Create unique brand identities for events

· Design all the events printed and digital material

· Conceive promotional items, interactive animations, and any other visual tool of... communication for the events & the company’s promotion

· Create campaign ideas for print and online material for each event

· Research new and competing creative visuals within the industry

· Research competitors and keep abreast of market trends

· Conceive, develop and produce effective marketing campaigns

· Meet client needs and requests

· Coordinate with the webmaster to deliver graphics

· Respond to feedback and comments in a timely manner

· Work within tight deadlines

· Monitor and change campaigns to ensure effectiveness

· Revise, and edit, as needed or directed by the client

· Check the copy for spelling and grammar errors

· Keep an organized record of all the raw files

· Design all the events digital material

· Conceive promotional items, interactive animations, and any other visual tool of communication for the events & the company’s promotion

· Research new and competing creative visuals within the industry

· Create website layout and coordinate with the webmaster to apply the design

· Create responsive newsletters designs

· Apply social media campaign designs

· Create videos for social media

Required skills and qualifications

· Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills

· 1 or more years of experience with design softwares, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, (after effect is a plus).

· Experience in previous event field work is a plus.

· Strong communication and presentation skills

· Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
