Be part of our mission to disrupt the traditional healthcare model and democratize data driven medicine SOPHiA GENETICS is looking for a motivated Office and Facility Assistant to join the CEO Office Management team at our headquarters in Rolle, Switzerland.

The Office and Facilty manager reports to Expansion and Office Manager and is is in charge of all office and facilites related activities including management of... conference rooms and other administrative duties. Responsabilities:

Office Management and Facilities :

Greet clients, visitors and colleagues with a positive, helpful attitude by respecting our security procedure (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

Receive, sort and distribute daily (e)mail/deliveries

Schedule appointments and book conferences rooms

Maintain conferences rooms clean and ready for use during the day

Arrange travel and accommodations (for visitors and employees)

Order and manage office supplies (e.g. pens, brochures, keys & access badges, kitchen furniture’s etc) and various Office Management tasks

Office management tasks such as contact with : property management, concierge, cleaning provider

Facility Managenent tasks such as: heating, sprinkler, climatization, electricity, elevator, security, access managemenet and badging, etc...

Contact person for technical questions regarding the building

Taking over smaller handyman tasks and move of furniture or IT equipment

Administration :

Administrative support for the office and management (post mail, filing, personal assistance, expense reports, creating PRs, etc)

Support colleagues for event's preparation (townhall meetings, trainings, social events, etc)


CFC, Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management

Previous experience in office management or facility management

Excellent command of English and French, every other language is an asset

Good command of usual IT Tools (MS Office)

Good communication skills (oral and written)

Desire to work in a fast growing international environment

Ability to work autonomously

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work load, while maintaining a high level of attention to details

Show proactivity and logical approach to provide solutions and a proven ability to prioritise tasks
