Salary $70,000 - $80,000 per year

A Bit About Us

A well established non-profit is looking to grow their team by bringing on an experienced Staff Accountant to join their office in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. This individual will handle everything with the General Ledger accounts and business transactions for the business thorough review of financial records.

Must be within commuting distance to work on a hybrid schedule.

Job Details
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of professional accounting or finance experience
• Experience working at a non-profit and/or association
• Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
• Excellent critical thinking & problem solving skills
• Experience solving problems using a variety of analytics tools and processes
• Proficient in Quick Books
• Strong understanding of the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Strong written and oral communication skills
