We’re looking to hire a Norwegian-speaking Account Executive to join an established (series C, 600+ employees) Cloud / SaaS / PaaS independent software vendor (ISV) that is expanding its business operations across the Nordics. Having had one of the company’s best years, in terms of revenue and headcount growth, customer retention, customer satisfaction, and increased net revenue retention. The company is continuing with its Nordic growth and expansion plans as we head into 2023.

Working as a new-business Sales Executive / Account Executive / Account Manager you will form part of their expanding Norwegian operation with responsibility for new logo sales growth across their flagship software suite. You will play a critical role in driving their growth strategy in Norway, working with both domestic and international customers.

What you can offer:

# A proven track record gained working in a quota-carrying, new-logo-focused sales/business development role – must be able to demonstrate... end-to-end sales success, from initial prospect to close.

# Experience gained working for a Cloud / SaaS / PaaS software vendor or similar product software/technology company – the experience of conducting remote/onsite meetings, product presentations, and conducting software demonstrations

# A track record of negotiating and closing complex ARR sales cycles.

# Professional, articulate, persuasive but honest, a team player.

# A problem solver – able to overcome objections and challenges.

# Well organized, able to work in a structured and systematic way, able to demonstrate experience using CRM systems, building & managing pipelines, account/territory planning, accurate sales forecasting

# Fluent in Norwegian and English. Strong verbal and written communication

# An outgoing personality, able to build and nurture key stakeholder relationships with internal colleagues, customers, prospects, and strategic partners.

# Experience in selling into any of the following industries would be useful, but not essential - Financial Services, Banking, Accounting/Tax/Audit, Management Consulting, Professional Services, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Manufacturing, etc.

# Experience selling any of the following technologies would be a distinct advantage –
