This role will be working with our Directors and responsible for developing L&D strategies for over 1300 employees across the... region.

Job Description

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For
• Work with the ANZ Director – Talent Management, APAC HR Director and ANZ Internal Communications team to develop and communicate the regional L&D strategy and associated initiatives.
• Develop a cohesive and structured L&D offering across all disciplines and role levels within the business.
• Evaluate training effectiveness including analysing participant feedback and developing tools to outline the return on investment.
• Work with the Global L&D Manager and Global L&D team to tailor and deploy global initiatives in the ANZ region where appropriate.
• Develop and deploy the calendar of people initiatives, including:
• Training needs analysis (TNA)
• Training calendar
• Performance and career review process
• Talent mapping
• Technical Training Academy
• Leadership programs (Licence to Lead, Senior Leadership Development Program)

• Must be in Australia with full working rights.
• Degree, diploma or advanced diploma in Human Resources or Certificate IV or equivalent in Training and Assessment
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role preferred, or an experienced L&D Advisor looking to take the next step in their career
• Demonstrated experience dealing with stakeholders including but not limited to training and education providers, registered training organisations
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Experience working with the implementation and delivery of L&D programs.
• Understanding of L&D concepts and functions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organisation skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a wider team.
• Organised and process orientated with the ability to manage conflicting timescales and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
