About The Opportunity

In this newly created role within our Managed Fund Claims Business, we are excited to present a full time Customer Learning and Development Officer position.

You will... provide coordination and support of learning and development initiatives for external customers to ensure the delivery of excellent customer outcomes, experience and business performance.

The key responsibilities for this role include the following, but not limited to:
• Support the implementation of the training function strategy and operational initiatives
• Administer or assist with the administration of policies, processes and procedures to the training area
• Provide support to internal and/or external training delivery providers with regard to the facilitation of programs
• Build effective relationships with key stakeholders
• Delivery of core QBE specific programs, including performing training needs analysis, training delivery, training vendor relationship management, course participation management, training logistics, reporting and other services

Your story
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment desirable
• You have a learning and development and/or facilitation background
• You have immaculate attention to detail and time management/organisation skills and can harness these to achieve effective result
• Experience within the NSW Workers Compensation market highly desirable
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills
