Responsibilities1) Accounting:
• Participate in the month end and year end closing.
• Control, instruct and coordinate with external accountants.
• Coordinate and follow up with external parties (clients, providers, banks, etc.).
• Coordinate with construction department.
• Participate to external audit and be the contact point of auditors.
• Perform ad hoc analysis as requested.

2) Cash:
• Be the point of contact for banks.
• Participate in the submission of bi-weekly cash flow forecast.
• Supervise and manage the AR/AP team, offer support if needed.
• Initiate payment in bank systems.
• Be responsible of petty cash.

3) Tax:
• Be responsible of taxation processes and of submitting documentation on time: VAT/PP30, PP36 and WHT/PND 1, 3, 50, 51, 53, 54.
• Contact and follow up with revenue department on tax matters, including tax refund.

Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in accounting.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting.
• Be able to use Excel.
• Able to communicate in... English.

• Responsible person with can-do attitude.
