Your Tasks

After thorough onboarding, you will take over the risk analysis and assessment of the business to be underwritten in the field of power generation and renewable energies.
• Steering the portfolio and deciding on risk acceptances, from the calculation of insurance premiums to administration of the written book of business
• Examining insurance contracts and engineering risks as well as managing the contract portfolio
• Building and expanding the network with our business partners, inter alia through regular business trips to London as well as occasional travel to visit (inter)national customers
• Cooperating with various interfaces in the company, especially the Environmental, Social & Governance working group

Your Profile
•... Basic knowledge of the power / renewable energy sector, engineering or engineering insurance lines is desirable
• Interest in and willingness to learn about technical processes and developments in the field of conventional and new power generation plants
• Experience in primary insurance or facultative reinsurance is an advantage
• English and German at a business fluent level (at least B2)
