You lead an ambulance crew comprising Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)-trained medics to deliver emergency medical response. You may also be rostered to the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) Medical Training Institute to provide training for SAF EMT trainees. Your challenge lies in exercising the principles of triage and command and control of your team in both management of casualties and the safety of responders in the event of a multi-casualty poly-trauma.

You should preferably have a diploma, with at least 3 years' experience in pre-hospital emergency care. You must have a Level 3 Paramedicine Certification. You should possess good leadership skills and be able to work under challenging situations independently with integrity. You should be self-motivated and have good interpersonal and communication skills.
