You are responsible for providing support to the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) on manpower policies and exercise planning, as well as reviewing and formalising of manpower doctrines development. Your challenge lies in understanding how the development of RSN will affect the planning for manpower ops readiness and human resource management, and having a good grasp of both the larger operational context of the Singapore Armed Forces and the operational requirements that are unique to the other uniformed groups.

You must have a tertiary qualification. Possession of strong analytical skills, along with good time management, communication and interpersonal skills, is essential. You must be able to multi-task, work independently, be meticulous and exercise tact when dealing with sensitive manpower issues. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
