You will be part of a team that undertakes operations management work which includes information management functions.

What You Will Be Working On

On this, you serve as the SME and coordinator of Parliamentary duties and responses for Parliamentary Questions (PQ), Committee of Supply (COS) Debate and other Parliamentary sessions and processes. You also manage the MINDEF Intranet operations and development, registry operations; and chart the unit’s operational and wartime roles and functions to ensure undisrupted operations during periods of tension and war. Your challenges lie in managing multiple projects at once, as well as scenario planning and dealing with projected situations.

What We Are Looking For

You must have a tertiary qualification, with at least 3 years' work eperience in organisation planning and development, Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and/or resource planning and management. Experience in operations management is an advantage. Possession of... strong language and communications skill is essential. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
