What The Role Is

You are responsible for developmental, implementation and performance matters of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) Learning Systems.

What You Will Be Working On

On this, you analyse feedback, trends and emerging learning technologies to design, develop and establish systems/system enhancements as well as policies to enhance system usability, performance and user satisfaction. Your challenge lies in understanding MINDEF/SAF’s policies and keeping up to date with current industry standards and best practices, as well as forging partnerships in order to advance the development of the SAF Learning Systems.

What We Are Looking For

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Computer Engineering, Training Development or a related discipline. You should have at least 6 years’ work experience in IT systems/ project management and preferably worked in an educational/ military environment. Having knowledge of the latest developments in learning technology and... pedagogies will be advantageous.
