Algorithmics is growing very fast and we need a hyperactive sales manager for working with parents who leave requests on our website.

Algorithmics is an international school of programming for children from 6 to 17 years old, which now has more than 320,000 students. In Algorithmics programming courses, we help to take the first step into the IT world, teaching children in a playful way and personalizing the approach to each child using a specially developed online platform. Our online platform is used in more than 1200 schools in more than 80 countries around the world.

Responsibilities:

● active sales by phone on incoming requests;

● competent work with the current client base;

● advising clients on all emerging issues;

● motivating the client to study at our school, finalizing agreements;

● support of current students, communication with parents, check extension, collecting feedback;

● reporting.

Requirements:

● interest in education;

● grammatically... correct speech;

● ability to listen and hear;

● motivation for financial results;

● readiness for a large number of calls and work in multitasking mode;

● experience in sales or with clients from 1 year.

Location & Commitments:

● salary consists of a fixed part and a share profit for each concluded contract;

● trial period: 2-3 months;

● working day is 12 PM to 8 PM;
