Recommend the most suitable operating model for the development Responsible for delivering the contractual deliverables Develop client asset management strategy Experience in FM contracts management and commercial management Budget preparation CAPEX OPEX for the FM operationsEstablish communication procedures to ensure smooth and efficient communication between the client and the FM team Prepare weekly monthly reports as per client requirements Maintain excellent communications with client stakeholders and report on the same to the client and head office Developing asset life cycle for client s development Present case studies for FM operational solutions that have been implemented globally Western Educated Candidate holding a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, or MEP) with 15 years of experience in facilities management.Experience in developing operating models, FM design, and masterplan review.Excellent FM commercial understanding.Proven track record in managing large portfolios.FM certification is desirable
