• Nationaler Ansprechpartner für das zentrale ESG Team (Paris/London)
• Umsetzung der ESG-Unternehmungsplanung auf nationaler Ebene
• Festlegung von individuellen Zielen für einzelne Assets/ Portfolien
• Implementierung von ESG Maßnahmen für das deutsche Immobilienportfolio
• Überprüfung und Koordinierung der ESG-Datenerfassung
• Sicherstellung der Datenkonsistenz und -qualität
• Implementierung von ESG Tools
• Schulung der Asset- und Property Manager in den Bereichen IT-Tools, EU-Taxonomie sowie bei der Implementierung interner Prozesse
• ESG Analysen bei An- und Verkäufen
• Mitwirkung bei der jährlichen Strategieplanung sowie Überwachung der Asset KPI’s

Your Profile
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften/ Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (oder vergleichbar) mit Immobilienbezug und/oder Zusatzqualifikation in der Immobilienwirtschaft
• Ein auf Nachhaltigkeit ausgerichteter Abschluss ist von Vorteil
• Erste immobilienwirtschaftliche Berufserfahrungen im... Bereich ESG
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Nachhaltigkeitsstandards und Zertifizierungssysteme
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Europäischer und lokaler ESG-Regulatorik (z. B. SFDR, EU-Taxonomie, usw.) sind von Vorteil
• Teamplayer, der auch selbstständig arbeiten kann
• Fähigkeit, sich in einem internationalen Umfeld zu entwickeln und zu kommunizieren
• Motiviert und engagiert
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
