Job responsibilities
• Fulfil Expense Management (EM) functional requirements for JPMSC including:
• Operate as a subject matter expert of the CIB Expense Policies and procedures
• Provide review, approval and monitoring of T&E and invoice expenditure referencing expense policies, operating the local expense tool with proficiency.
• Partner with corpor ate functions and Core Expense Management team as policy & system changes occur, ensuring communication, training and support is offered to stakeholders.
• Assist in reporting initiatives... such as expense data analysis
• Fulfil Business Change Management Function (BSM/Location strategy):
• Management of Joiner / Leaver / Transfer's system access; floor/physical access control for CIB Restricted areas, Real Estate and Workspace management, review/approval/provisioning of technology hardware, business continuity plan coordinator support
• Supporting real-estate activities including move champion as required
• Cross support to JPMSC Branches (Currently Beijing and Shanghai, with planned future growth to other cities in China).
• Other Duties
• Assisting in ad hoc Business Support Management projects
• Partner with key stakeholders within the JPMSC entity and BSM for Branch expansions
• Liaise between the Line of Business (LOB), BSM Mumbai HUB and Offshore BSM teams to execute daily activity.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
• Proven operational track record, especially in managing change
• Ability to implement new processes, escalate issues and communicate with influence
• Strong control mind-set and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, with a proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Strong Microsoft Office capabilities especially excel and power point
• Minimum 5 years working experience, preferable Investment Banking related, previous working experiences of control functions would be valuable

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail
• Be a self-starter, prioritize and manage a demanding workload
• Develop relationships and demonstrate influence across a range of functions
