Job responsibilities
• Responsible for the assessment and control of deal execution quality throughout deal life cycle
• Advise deal execution teams on technical and execution issues
• Review working papers to ensure completeness and compliance with the regulatory requirements before submission
• Support the development and maintenance of investment banking policies and procedures

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
• Fluency in... written and spoken Chinese and English
• Attainment of all necessary CSRC licenses (or any other licenses / qualifications as required) for carrying out securities and other regulated activities
• Bachelor degree or above
• At least 7 years of A share investment banking experience, including at least 3 years of experience in a quality control function OR execution experience in leading various product types(e.g., IPO, follow-on, and DCM)
• At least 3 years of audit/financial risk control experience in a reputational accounting firm
• Sponsor principal qualified/CPA (or equivalent certificate) /FRM a plus
