Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Share this Job Executive Engineer - Terminal 2 (Ancillary - Civil & Structural) Job Description POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY Operation and maintenance works of Civil and Structure (C&S) systems ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS Plan, manage and monitor the operations and maintenance works. Ensure the works done according to maintenance standard, best practices and qualities. Ensure the serviceability and reliability of facilities. Ensure the operation efficiency and cost optimization. Respond to customer complaint. Optimization of preventive maintenance program. Enforcement on the utilization of IT tools. To implement the development work, upgrading and modification works effectively. To monitor and certify works by contractors. To implement SAP system for the operation and maintenance work effectively. To ensure immediate recovery of system breakdown and facilities. To review, improve, comply and maintain the maintenance procedures and records... accordance to Integrated Management System (IMS) requirement. To plan and control operation and maintenance expenses within the approved budget. To conduct regular meeting with support services and to resolve issues. To perform other ad-hoc tasks or duties as directed by Superior(s) or Management from time to time. To carry out system reliability analysis due to lack of data. High dependency on IT system performance. Keeps abreast with the latest technology and O&M best practices in the industries. Be fluent and equip with all quality and reliability tools in conducting the analysis and special project assigned. To follow up and resolve all C&S systems at Terminal Building with Internal MA(SEPANG) KLIA i.e. Terminal Operation, BHS, PBB, AVSEC, AFRS, FOC, AOCC, ECC, SOC, Commercial Lots, Sama-Sama Transit hotel, etc. f) To follow up and resolve all C&S systems at Terminal Building with External MA(SEPANG) klia2 i.e. Airlines, Government Agencies, Regulatory Bodies, Tenant, etc. Working Relationship WHO FROM PURPOSE MA(Sepang) Terminal Operation, AVSEC, AFRS, AOCC, ECC, FOC, SOC, PBB, BHS, ITD, ICT, Commercial, Airside, Landside Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of airport systems and facilities MAHB, HQ Engineering, Corporate, Finance, Procurement & Contract, HR Services, Commercial Services, Planning & Development, Risk, Legal Ensure compliance with Malaysia Airports requirement Regulatory bodies Ensure compliance with local authority requirement Custom, Immigration, PDRM, SPAD Ensure compliance with law of government requirement Airlines All Airlines registered at KLIA Ensure their contractual deliverables Service providers at Terminal Building UTW, Sinar Jernih, ACES, Stream, Tenant Lots, Contractor of Building/Facility/ Tenant Lots Ensure their contractual deliverables Dimension DESCRIPTION (E.g.: Revenue/ Cost/ No of Subordinate/ No of Project/ EBITDA) TOTAL Terminal Building consists of MTB, Contact Pier and Satellite Building Civil, Structural and Architectural System Change and Innovate - Continuous Improvement Courage to Excel - Courage Change and Innovate - Innovation Courage to Excel - Work Standards Commit to Win - Business Acumen Courage to Excel - Managing Work Coach and Nurture Talent - Continuous Learning Communicate and Collaborate - Communication Communicate and Collaborate - Collaborating Customer Centric - Customer Orientation Skills High discipline with good quality attitude.
