Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who are responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. Quantity surveyors manage the costs on a construction project, help to ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget.

Quantity Surveyor will oversee and assist Engineering Controller in the performance of their job duties such as joining the meeting with Vendors to negotiate, managing contract, bill of quantity from design and other task as appointed by Line Manager

Report to: Engineering Controller.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Check the detailed design, analyze the drawing and... specifications of the new building that architects, or engineers provide.

• Calculate the quantity of the material used in the building

• Carry out cost analysis, monitor cost variations and write reports

• Allocate work to sub-contractors

• Make/check payments and update payment schedule

• Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports

• Manage As-built dossier

• Perform other related duties as assigned
