Full-time Production Manager needed in Redding, CA

Our client is a manufacturing company with multiple sites throughout the United States. This rapidly growing company is looking for a full-time 1st Shift Production Manager. This Production Manager will lead a team of salaried supervisors in production, quality, maintenance, warehousing and planning and indirect hourly employees while also improving processes and plant efficiencies. The ideal individual will have had exposure to continuous improvement processes as well as supervisory/leadership experiences.

Full-time 1st Shift (Monday – Friday)

Candidate Qualifications

Additional qualifications include:
• Supervisor Experience
• Ability to make data-based decisions using the Lean/Six Sigma Methodology
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Passion and sense of urgency
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
• Able to work within the United States

Compensation

Our client offers a base compensation. In addition, the client offers an excellent benefits package including 401(k), medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, and training programs.

Salary $100K - $115K

Targeted bonus of 10%

Total Compensation $110K - $125K
