The Role

JEX Personnel are currently on the lookout for a Litigation Partner for one of our international clients in Abu Dhabi. Our client happens to be a leading international law firm and they are ideally seeking a Senior level, Commercial litigation lawyer to come and join them in Abu Dhabi. This firm has successfully managed to expand its presence over the past 18 months within the GCC, building its teams in the UAE and the KSA. As a result, it has been listed in numerous legal 500 and chambers ranking across the legal spectrum. Proven dispute lawyer will find themselves in a diverse team of exceptional lawyers and have the support of the firm’s global presence when approaching clients in the region.

Requirements

Ideally suitable candidates will: - Have at least 8 PQE - Worked at a leading law firm in the region - Proven track record on commercial disputes - Have some ties to the UAE, ideally Abu Dhabi, market - Confident with their portfolio of clients (salary would be subject... to this) - Willing to work and / or remain in Abu Dhabi

Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel. Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries. A search firm will tend to have extensive knowledge of and access to board directors and senior executives across industries and functions, allowing them to build a large pool of top executive talent
