We're looking for a hands-on Catering Manager for our New Sites opening in the Brackley Area, this will involve overseeing the Day-to-Day Management of one of our operations

Responsibilities:
• Shift Management
• Stock Control
• Operational Standards and Documentation
• Training & Development
• Delivering a Great Customer Service culture with your team
• Delivering a "Working in a Team" culture
• General Kitchen Duties

Skills:
• Keen eye for detail
• Ability to train, coach and inspire others
• Passion for food and customer service
• Clear Communicator both verbally and written
• Professional attitude with a sense of humour

Working Hours:
• Full Time, Permanent
• Monday to Friday with hours 6:15am – 15.30pm with occasional weekends or evenings if or when required.
• Payrate: Depends on experience – £28,000 to £30,000 per annum

DUE TO LOCATION OWN TRANSPORT IS ESSENTIAL

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
