The person

We would like to hear from developers who have a proven track record of creating innovative solutions or who are interested in furthering their Software careers. This vastly interesting Developer job will work with our team of professionals (around the world) in an Agile environment where our developers are key to the full development lifecycle through design, development, and support.

The role

With the move to a cloud-based approach, the Power Platform is constantly evolving through a process of continuous improvement. This means that we are constantly challenged to stay ahead of the curve in terms of leveraging new functionality and opportunities, but also to ensure that our existing solutions remain compatible with the platform. This involves significant research utilising Microsoft marketing materials, partner channels and blogs. A Developer will be expected to maintain skills in the Microsoft platform and ensure compliance to any standards used within the Tribal product.

The Developer's main duties & responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
• Attending daily stand ups.
• Following Tribal processes and standards.
• Effectively use source control and shared environments.
• Challenging unclear or incorrect requirements.
• Completing work items to agreed acceptance criteria.
• Ensuring that work items are sufficiently commented and kept up to date.
• Producing technical documentation when required.
• Supporting other members of the team (and support) when required.
• Providing analysis and effort estimation on work items
• Ensuring that their knowledge is kept up to date with changing/new technologies through self-learning.
