is seeking a Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in our Fulgor Plant in Corinth, which focuses on the production of high and extra high voltage submarine cables, being one of the most advanced factories in the world.

As a Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer you will contribute to the overall support & enhancement of our production process.

Responsibilities
• Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations
• Prepare maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads
• Manage, motivate, develop, and provide direct leadership to maintenance employees
• Oversee the work performed by employees as required for each job to ensure completion in a timely and quality manner
• Comply with the health and safety rules during work, in accordance with company’s policies and procedures
• Assist with the implementation of capital projects

Requirements
• Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5 years of working experience... in a relevant position, preferably in industrial environment
• Excellent Command of English Language
• Excellent Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCad.
• Analytical thinking and interpersonal skills; whilst demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Continuous Improvement attitude
