About the Position

As Project Manager you will be responsible for cross-functional projects that have a strategic impact to our manufacturing site in Bagsværd. Furthermore, you will:
• Drive and facilitate your own projects and engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Set the direction for you project team, and be responsible for all project metrics (cost, budget, and time).

You will be anchored in the Project Office, a team... consisting of 8 skilled and engaged Project Managers, who run a diverse portfolio of Projects that includes new technologies (machines and processes), IT and line improvements.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we expect the ideal candidate to have:
• A STEM degree (either Bachelor or Master): science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
• At least 3 years of experience as Project Manager in production, development, or quality assurance.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of standards and regulatory requirements (GMP) is an advantage.

As a person, you are a self-starter, that is capable to set direction and drive results independently. You possess leadership and interpersonal skills, and can engage people, build trust, and get commitment from stakeholders to support your projects. You are comfortable in a rapid changing and dynamic work environment and can prioritize and not lose sight of the bigger picture.

About the Department

Bagsværd is part of the production network for Injectable Finished Products at Novo Nordisk. The local Project Office is part of Business Support – an area responsible for projects, logistics, finance, lean, digitalization, training, facilities and EHS.
