As our next project manager, you will ensure that we deliver on time, quality, and budget every time we build a business critical enterprise solution for one of our beloved clients.

Your patience comes in handy as you motivate and lead our creative teams of designers, developers, product owners, and testers confidently through your project plan. We are here to deliver exquisite digital solutions and as we stray to optimise end user experience, you gently lead... us back on track.

You will manage complex projects with the development of enterprise apps and web applications and it will be your responsibility - in collaboration with the rest of the project team - to ensure maximum optimisation and optimal experience, both of the final product and of the project process.

Your tasks will include:
• scoping and plan projects in collaboration with the team and customers
• creating great cooperation between our team and the customers - and ensure high-quality deliveries
• preparing solution descriptions together with our architects and define goals and expectations
• performing task and risk management, both externally to the customer and internally to management
• ensuring that our solutions remain relevant and optimized, and are continuously adapted to suit the needs of our customers
• advising our customers on new technological opportunities that can create value for the customer
• ensuring that the customer has insight into and understanding of the solution when implemented
• being responsible for financial management throughout the project

You have done this before

You speak digital. You understand the importance of technology for the customer's business. You like the idea of creating new digital solutions that add value to our customers.

You have several years of experience from a similar position and competencies to ensure that you can successfully function as a manager of complex IT projects, from start-up to final delivery.

In addition, we expect that you:
• have an educational background and/or several years of experience within IT and/or project work with development and implementation of IT systems
• are a certified project manager and has several years of experience with independent delivery responsibility of digital solutions
• have experience with concept development, primarily for mobile and web
• are strong in all project management disciplines - from start to finish
• have experience with agile project management and as a Scrum Master
• have excellent planning, communication, financial and risk management skills
• have experience with building and facilitating teams
• make others successful through a positive approach to teamwork
• have a coaching and appreciative leadership style
• thrive in a dynamic environment and are ready for change
• are fluent in Danish and working proficiency in English – both spoken and written

As we work closely together with SAP and Apple, we would love for you to have worked with their products in the past. Experience with integration into business systems is also an advantage.
