Job Description:
• In charge of new product positioning for local market, develop and execute product strategic business plan and marketing campaign
• Plan and execute ATL and BTL programs, online and offline activities to deliver sales and profit growth to the company
• Execute digital marketing initiatives / campaigns
• Create and implement new re-marketing strategies
• Collaborate with external parties such as advertising agencies, design / production houses, suppliers on planning and execution of all marketing and communication activities
• Identify joint promotion opportunities with brands, institutions and media whenever and whichever appropriate
• Conduct analysis and evaluation of pre-and-post promotional campaigns and... events
• Analyze competitors' landscape and consumer insights and propose business actions
• Perform new business development project
• Handle ad hoc projects when assigned

Requirements:
• Degree holder in Marketing or Business Management, or other related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years in brand or product or digital marketing, preferably in Educational or FMCG industry
• Experience in developing and launching new product is definitely an advantage
• Good team player with excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills with sound initiatives
• Result-oriented and willing to take up new challenges
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in using MS Office
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Immediate available
