What you’ll be doing:
• Helping to guide our Clients on their Learning Journey
• Assessing our Clients eligibility to access accredited learning services
• Screening our Clients registration documentation
• Working closely with our UK operations to support in the delivery of accredited learning services
• Managing Client queries in relation to the services we offer

Skills you need to succeed:
• English at least B2+ level
• Experience of providing great customer service
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to... detail.
• Availability for working on shifts 9 17 and 11 19
