You will work within the Global Strategic Analytics team implementing effective and efficient front-end solutions primarily for the sales organisation. The team has an ongoing mandate to improve, enhance and support Deutsche Bank's effort to meet regulatory expectations for controls, including Know Your Client requirements as well as deliver insightful analytics on client risk for the sales and trading organisation.

This is a technical role requiring extensive hands-on coding and deep knowledge and experience in the following technologies: React, JavaScript, Hypertext Markup Language, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and other related technologies.

You will join the Client Strats team supporting the creation of a centre of excellence for data analysis and visualisation. The team will... provide global insightful information for sales, trading, and Front Office infrastructure partners on the firm's Client risk portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for independently developing, implementing, and maintaining effective and efficient front-end solutions including Dashboards and interactive web applications
• Should be able to understand and implement user requirements by designing and developing front-end UI in response to business problems
• Develop and support partnerships with teams across the Bank including with trading, operations, risk and the broader Strats community
• Create and maintain high-quality web-based UI and visualisations and ensure these interfaces are easy to navigate, linkable, responsive, and accessible
• Craft high quality software with working functional and non-functional tests while collaborating with application programming interface (API) developers on the API contracts

Your Skills And Experience
• Educated to bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification/work experience
• Python and Pandas, React and JavaScript/TypeScript, D3 and D3-based visualisation libraries like Plotly, React-vis, Nivo, NodeJS, Git, essential
• Knowledge of Tableau, Tableau-D3-React integration, Redis and columnar databases and State management libraries and data manipulation libraries like GraphQL/Redux are advantageous
• Meticulous and detail-focused in CSS styling and UI/UX design Extensive Knowledge of Styling frameworks like Bootstrap/Foundation
• Practical experience of test-driven development and constant refactoring in continuous integration environment. Experience of server-side programming, preferably using Python Flask/Django and an understanding of Representational state transfer principles and associated technologies to connect to backend services
• Understanding of trading products such as Rates, Credit and Foreign Exchange, with ability to solve complex business problems
