Role summary
As the Human Resources Officer, your role will be to provide qualified professional support as well as oversee the Human Resources function of the business. The incumbent will also provide the Company with related advisory services including; recruitment, and administration of pay. benefits and leave, staff welfare and wellness as well as enforcing company policies and procedures.
Key Deliverables include;
⦁ The end-to-end recruitment process including exit management
⦁ Maintenance and record keeping of HR information
⦁ Implementing Performance Management Systems
⦁ Occupational Health & Safety
⦁ Training & development
⦁ Formulating & reviewing Human resources policies & procedures
⦁ Advising the Company on remuneration
⦁ Employee relations management
⦁ Carries out other duties as assigned by the Company
⦁ Liaising with the Ministry of Labour and Employment where necessary
