As the Dotnet/C# Developer:

You will be part of the maintenance and development team. he/she will be providing technical support for different (approx. 12) Dotnet-based applications.The developments and enhancements are based on business processes and agile-based methodology, which will be delivered by a well-established IT demand process.

Tasks & Responsibilities
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
• Manage software configuration, installation and version control process.
• Should be able to work as a Full Stack Developer and Individual Contributor
• Should be able to handle web deployment over IIS
• Should be able to work as Dot Net Developer and Individual Contributor for fix issues quickly.
• Own customer technical issues from initial report to resolution, communicating with customers regularly regarding issue status

Technical Know-how
• C#, ASP.Net,
• HTML5, JavaScript / jQuery
• Working knowledge on ticketing system (as Service Now, Remedy etc.)
•... Excellent Customer Service Orientation
• Working knowledge of database

Good to Know
• Web API, web services in Dotnet

Experience (in Yrs.)
• Total- 3-8 Years
