Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Processing Administrator to fill a 6-month contract. Please note this position is fully remote.

As a Processing Administrator your duties will include but not be limited to:
• Processing incoming funds, electronic payments, loan deposits and deposits from head office
• Processing and verifying outcoming fund transactions including calculating and posting taxes and fees, approving cheque requests and EFTs, and initiating outgoing wires
• Supporting the AML Audit by gathering and documenting audit information

Qualifications Required For Processing Administrator Include
• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a related field
• Minimum 1 year experience working with a mutual fund/dealer back office preferred
• IFIC operations course an asset
