This position is responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and scheduling all maintenance scope and repair works also modification activities of the electrical & Instrument, with Job Description :
• Prepare and coordinate with his subordinates for all work instruction and guidelines procedure at this section and ensure accurate implementation thereof.
• Prepare plant list of equipment.
• Prepare Preventive Maintenance schedule and follow up the implementation.
• Prepare monthly downtime with the detail reason also what action have been taken to eliminate the problem. Coordinate with planning Dept.
• To control the consumption of spare part and auxiliaries within the budget.
• Provides, sets and reviews/evaluates regularly the standard of maintenance procedures and makes appropriate and minimizes costly down time/break down.
• Attends promptly the breakdown equipment, prepares a detail analysis of the root cause of the problems and makes correction and corrective action... required to solve the problem and report to his superior.
• Participates in the evaluation of process problems and coordinates with production group in recommending Correction and corrective required to instrument parameter.

Requirement for this position :
• Bachelor Degree Electrical Engineering
• Having minimum 5 years in electrical Supervisor in Industrial companies at plant equipment maintenance
• Preferably familiar with International standard such us : SPLN, NEMA, DIN, JIS, ANSI, ASTM, ASME, PUIL, etc
• Having knowledge in the maintenance of medium boiler, high pressure boiler, steam turbine, water preparation plant, cooling tower, compressor, generator and Waste Water Treatment Plant,
• Familiar with PLC and DCS
• Fluent English written and Verbal
• Having Leadership, communication, motivation, problem solving,
• Having Knowledge ISO 14001, ISO 9001, SMK3, Halal and HACCP, 5S, Safety & Environment System or training relating with this job qualification if necessary
