A world of wonder awaits you.  ABOUT THE JOB When performing at this position you will have the following responsibilities: RESPONSIBILITIES: Improving company cash flow liquidity and profit by: Managing collection activities to ensure continuous payment flows: Responsible... for calling, emailing, & proposing payment arrangements with customers Communicate effectively with customers on a timely basis and provide excellent customer service regarding collection issues, discrepancies, and short payments Perform detailed account reconciliation to identify and drive resolution of disputed receivables Timely Cash applications Dunning procedure Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team Work closely with key teams such as Credit Management, Customer Service and Sales in mitigating collection risk and external customers to resolve receivable issues and to achieve common goals and objectives Ensure weekly/monthly collections targets are met/exceeded. Escalate unresolved issues to management in a timely manner and follow through issues until final resolution Attend stakeholders meeting to discuss debtor performance and address issues as required Responsible for activities assigned by the Collections Team Manager Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks. ABOUT YOU A motivated talent, who brings along the following background: Degree in business administration or accounting is preferred. C1 English level, Portuguese 1 year of experience as Credit or Collection Analysis in the shared services industry Cash application experience is a plus. Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records paired with Excel proficiency SAP knowledge, FI module. FSCM is a plus. Attention to detail.
