Digital Marketing Manager

What you will be doing:

- Project marketing management - development and implementation of marketing strategy;

- Building a content plan for social networks - developing content plan topics together with content specialists, agreeing on a finished content plan for content specialists and monitoring its execution, IG, FB, TG, work in Figma and Photoshop is advantage;

- Analysis of the presence of the company's services in the online environment, the competitive environment and existing demand - regular monitoring of competitors, changes in marketing development chips, checking for market glut;

- Creation of a marketing strategy for online promotion of services - development of a media plan, development of a vector for the company's development, work on brand recognition of the company, control of strict adherence to the developed plans;

- Optimization of current sales tools based on hypotheses, personal experience, other data and cases;

- Initiating the... use of new tools and sales channels;

- Setting tasks for writing texts, finalizing sites - monitoring the relevance of sites and other textual information, identifying flaws, transferring technical specifications for finalizing sites and texts;

- Participation in the development of a development strategy and promotion of projects, taking into account the intended indicators.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of digital marketing

- Experience with analytics

- Experience in project management and development

- Knowledge and ability to work in different areas of marketing (target, context, content, SEO, etc.)

- The ability to analyze user search queries to compile a semantic core

- Reputation management, increase brand awareness (media, information resources, SERM, ORM)

- Experience with native advertising and blogger exchanges, RTB advertising and CPA networks is advantage

- Russian language
