Prepare and issue quarterly, or whenever neccesary invoices to tenants according to the lease agreements signed;

Keep tracking of the invoices issued and collected, being responsible for the collection rate;

Recording in accounting software invoices issued to clients/received from suppliers;

Receives and checks the invoices received from suppliers, to ensure that amounts invoiced are according to the contracts signed;

Maintaining relationships with bank, clients and suppliers;

Primary accounting tasks;

Organize and register payments to English;

Participate for preparing the annual budget of expenses and keep track of the monthly costs to be in line with the budget approved;

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports;
