The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of senior management experience in a highly regarded brand within the city, with a deep understanding of both employee and customer satisfaction. Passion and knowledge of both nightlife and fine dining are a must.

Salary Range: $85k-100k.

Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional guest experiences and guarantee total guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless operations in the kitchen.
• Aim to achieve company targets in sales, service quality, and restaurant appearance.
• Address elevated customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Monitor and control labor budgets and cost of goods sold (COGs).
• Boost sales through creative and innovative business practices.
