Job Description

eMobility Consultant coordinates translation between product owner defined objectives + strategy and the business process requirements. Specifies priorities and timing for implementations of selected product/service features. Harmonizes synergies and common goals with product owner, business owners/partners, suppliers (delivery teams and other product owners) and customers. Ensures successful market roll-out, defines regional- or customer- specifics related to key business areas, incentives, eMobility environment in respect to the product... timeline and market potentials. Manages the recognition of the needs of both inside and outside the EUROWAG organization in the field of eMobility, Automotive, Telematics, Energy and contributes to its overall company strategy.

YOU WILL:

• Assess market and location opportunities with the right product and service value proposition (coverage, pricing, business case) prior Energy, Telematics and Automotive customers, but also Long Haul Transport, CRT;
• Cooperating with the Product owner(s) and Sales representatives defines top-down breakdown of the sales targets and ensures the delivery in time and quality;
• Contributes to the development and implementation of the functional and sellable services in all relevant markets of which priorities are to be agreed;
• Manages the implementation of the assigned tasks into the EUROWAG business and IT environment in line with the project- and customer requirements;
• Coordinates and prioritizes the Product roadmap roll-out and adjustment together with the related Product owner(s) based on the customer and market requirements;
• Ensures and manages operational and service delivery aspects of the eMobility, Automotive and Telematics products/services;
• Closely cooperate with the eMobility Product owners and respective departments especially with sales organization to collect business and technical requirements and to translate those to closely specified product and/or service changes, adjustments and innovations;
• Identifies and develops new business opportunities in the field of eMobility which can potentially grow into new product lines;
• Communicate with all involved stakeholders on various levels to ensure support and the right level of information;
• Continuously reviews and improves the existing products/solutions, services, operations and processes;
• Monitor and ensures the compliance to the legal and regulatory conditions relevant for the scope of the business unit;
• Consolidates and evaluates the ideas and opportunities specifically for each market/region and the customer groups;
• Delivers the business projects and task results in time, scope, quality and budget dimensions;
• Ensures high profitability and coverage of the implemented third party services and products and continuously improves it;

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or advanced degree preferred in Economics, Information technology or Business management;
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant business experience in comparable roles;
• Understanding of the eMobility or Automotive business landscape and ideally the relevant international players with extensive network of contacts;
• Extensive communication and negotiations skills with ability to work and energize a wide range of individuals involved directly or indirectly with the company environment.
• Fluent in English and Czech is a must, German would be an advantage
• Willingness for frequent travelling inside and outside Europe;
• Extensive skills in MS Office – Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel; Word
• Structured and pro-active approach;
• Orientation to detail and task completion;
