Industry: Real Estate / Properties Development

Responsibilities

● Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.

● Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.

● Responsible for achieving targets.

● Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.

● Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities.

● Formulates, organizes and develops marketing activities by identifying property trends and new market

opportunities.

● Updates and manages social media profiles.

● Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple channels.

● Manages overall marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and

marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.

● Compiles, controls and monitors the budget in accordance with budget allocation/limits.

● Provides... guidelines and guidance to personnel on the application of procedures.

● Handles the relationship with clients and agents locally and globally.

● Provides recommendations on training and development, planning of subordinates.

● Effectively manages the Digital Marketing Officer and the Graphic Designer

Qualifications

● 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate.

● Bachelor's Degree in related field.

● The ability to work independently.
