Duties & Responsibilities
General
• Lead and execute the Marketing plan and initiatives for the KSA offices and align with the overall business objectives.
• Be the key contact and marketing support for fee earners across all KSA offices to ensure initiatives are executed to a high standard.
• Manage and keep up to date the central marketing activity database to ensure all KSA marketing initiatives are tracked for reporting purposes.
• Review, update and proofread all KSA marketing collateral for accuracy and ensure it meets the firms strict brand guidelines (internal and external content) – Arabic capabilities required.
• Keep up to date with the latest legal trends and news across all jurisdictions, but especially in KSA.
Marketing
• Drive the firm’s social media strategy by providing input on KSA specific content suggestions, as well as exploring
• Support the KSA fee earners with keeping their online profiles up-to-date, as well as the information on the KSA related webpages
•... Lead on KSA content suggestions for the monthly Law Update marketing campaigns.
• Project manage the creation of any digital campaign content relating to KSA i.e. podcasts, videos, infographics etc. and co-ordinate the execution of content with internal stakeholders
• Proactively identify new campaign ideas in line with business objectives, and that will continue to profile the firms expertise in KSA
• Provide input and suggestions for PR and internal communication initiatives that will enhance our brand reputation across KSA.
• Proactively identify new marketing approaches and initiatives that could be of relevance.
Events
• Lead the co-ordination of KSA events alongside the Regional Events Specialist i.e. client list support, venue research, event co-ordination and post-event logistics (both virtual and physical events).
• Research new event opportunities i.e. sponsorships, speaking engagements which align to our KSA marketing plan.
Personal requirements & attributes
• English and Arabic proficiency is essential
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and databases.
• A good understanding of digital marketing strategy and platforms i.e. social media, SEO, website, SEM
• Experience or knowledge of social media channels and strategy
• Good copywriting and proof reading skills to ensure content is accurate and fit for purpose on relevant channels (English/Arabic)
• Excellent written and verbal communication (Arabic & English)
• Good communication skills with an ability to “think on your feet”
• Excellent attention to detail with a pro-active, ‘can do’ attitude
• A creative mindset
• Excellent prioritization skills
• Able to remain focused and effective under pressure.
• Self-motivator and able to work within a team environment.
• Flexible, dependable attitude as there will be a requirement to work outside of office hours and to support the team as and when required
• All basic office skills, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of legal services would be advantageous but not essential
• Experience working in a managerial position is advantageous but not essential
