Hello Health, LLC., is a fast growing cloud computing SaaS Company based in Tampa FL that provides a 360° office platform for physicians and healthcare facilities and is positioned as the leading cloud based solution in ambulatory care. The position of Marketing Manager involves digital content creation for all marketing channels, and project management of a complex marketing ecosystem, including:

These channels and areas of responsibility require continuous content creation (content marketing) and provide the foundation of our brand equity and marketing success. Content needs are defined quarterly and month to month in marketing strategy team meetings.

This is a hands-on creative position that requires 5 years’ experience, a solid understanding of User Intent, and the ability to craft persuasive, compelling copy that evokes action.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Work closely with... the US team to day-to-day progress on various projects
• Develop digital marketing strategies by tracking varied economic, social, and political indicators
• Develop mechanisms to track, measure and report on KPIs to indicate the achievement of goals, or the need for optimization
• Identify new customers and opportunities based on current and future needs
• Build and lead a team
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and innovate the digital presence of internal and external customers
• Manage AD accounts across the online advertising sphere, responsible for keeping them running effectively, monitoring and optimizing bid rates
• Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed
• Track, measure and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends, and optimize spending and performance based on insights
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
• Collaborate with internal teams to create varied advertising channels including landing pages, social networks, email channels, apps and optimize the user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Identify critical conversion points, drop off points and optimize user funnels.
• Complete digital marketing team operational requirements by scheduling, assigning, and following up on employee objectives
• Maintain digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training new team members
• Maintain digital marketing staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Define the digital marketing channels using all the necessary tools (website, email messages, social networks and blogs)
• Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to increase Internet presence.
• Monitor SEO/SEM positioning, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
• Create strong customer relationships through social media interaction
• Stay up to date with our audience's preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
• Coordinate with design and content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in digital technology
• Benchmark of Hello Health and its competitors
• Review and reporting of digital campaign KPIs.
• Develop digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience
• Master's Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
• Working knowledge of ad-serving tools
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
