You will be working for an expanding and innovative organisation based in Rugby who are currently looking to appoint a stand alone HR Manager to look after the site.

Your new role

The role is very varied and will be dealing with everything from the normal day to day HR duties to dealing with ER issues, Well being projects and also looking a rewards and benefits. As well as looking after the rugby site you will also be assisting with their smaller sites in Germany and Italy

What You'll Need To Succeed

You will have previous experience working in a similar role and Ideally have knowledge of German and Italian employment law.
