Job Description

· Implement and maintained the Document Management System at Microbiology Section.

· Ensure the system of change control related to QC for GMP operates effectively.

· Provide input to QA related to deviations investigation and CAPAs.

· Involve in internal and external audits.

· Assist with preparation activities associated with compliance inspections and audits.

· To plan, manage and provide GMP training to QC personnel.

· To develop and review training curricula for microbiologist and QC personnel.

· Manage and conduct microbiology section activity on daily... routine analysis.

· Create, revise and review protocols, supporting microbiological data and reports associated with method validation, testing and release of starting materials, intermediates, finished products and APIs.

· Monitor, execute and analyze data of environmental monitoring.

· Develop, revise and review SOPs, qualification/validation protocols and reports.

· Execution of the product quality review process.

· Conduct the corrective action and preventive action system.

· Monitor and plan routine calibration and verification of instruments and equipment at QC Department.

· Perform microbiological testing.

· Involve in investigation of product recall and product complaint.

· Implement continual process improvements related to compliance in QC.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology or equivalent.

· Required language (s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia

· At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
