The Role

After the successful appointment of a newly created senior management position, we are now in need of an experienced Data Analyst to come on board and support the development and implementation of their vision. We are seeking a senior Data Analyst to join the Operations and MI team within this rapidly growing organisation, based-in London. As the successful Data Analyst you will use your skills with Python and SQL server as well as a knowledge of data visualisation to support in the continued growth of the business.

The Data Analyst join a rapidly scaling, international underwriting group, based-in London. You will join a forward-thinking and supportive environment that values bright minds and innovative ideas! The current working pattern in place for this position is a hybrid working model, attending the office 2 days per week.

What's Required?

The Ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:
• Strong commercial experience of Data Analysis - with specific experience of insurance or financial data
• Strong Python experience as well as experience with relevant Python libraries and data tools such as NumPy and Pandas
• A good understanding of SQL Server and sound data visualisation and reporting experience - It would be great if that experience was with PowerBI but any other tools are OK too
• Any experience with Azure as well as database administration would be highly advantageous
