Clinical Pharmacist (Grade 2) Advanced Training Resident - Cardiology
• Exciting opportunity to undertake an advanced training residency in cardiology
• Deliver high quality clinical pharmacy services and patient care
• Support advances in clinical practice & patient care activities
• Provide mentoring for pharmacists, technicians, interns and students
• Collaborate with key staff across the organisation
• Full time, permanent position (2 years Cardiology ATR then transition to rotational clinical pharmacist)

We enjoy a collaborative working environment and you will work as part of the clinical pharmacy team to contribute to high quality and innovative clinical pharmacy services and quality use of medicines. In return, you will be supported to develop your clinical pharmacy skills.

Your new role:
• Deliver high quality patient care and support advances... in clinical practice & patient care activities.
• Work with your team to achieve patient focused KPIs.
• Provide mentoring for pharmacists, technicians, interns and students.
• Promote the quality use of medicines by contributing to quality and safety and research projects.
• Collaborate with key staff members across the organisation.
• Contribute to on call, after hours, public holiday and weekend services.

About you:
• You are registered as a pharmacist with AHPRA.
• You have experience in delivering clinical pharmacy services.
• You demonstrate highly developed interpersonal skills, with proficient verbal & written communication skills.
• A relevant post graduate qualification is desirable.
• You have completed an SHPA Foundation Residency or equivalent experience, defined as at least two years post-registration hospital pharmacy experience, in an environment that provides suitable broad foundation experience for an Advanced Residency in cardiology (i.e. rotational clinical pharmacist) or obtained Stage I Advancing Practice credentialing.
