We are currently looking for Multi Traders Operative to join our client’s property service team supporting their contact with local authorities, initially you will start as a temp hourly rate £20 for 12 weeks then you go permanent with the client. You will carry out maintenance works in residents’ homes efficiently and to a high standard, while adhering to all health and safety requirements. The services you will provide will include but limited to general handyman work within properties. You will be working Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm, covering properties in and around the northwest area of London. What are we looking for? It’s important you have previous experience in a similar multi trade role and would be advantageous if you also have experience within the social housing sector.
